FRIENDLY REMINDERS
-100% payment required to confirm an order (exceptions on wedding cakes and large events). We only take a limited number of orders per week/day, so we base our schedule on a first paid/first served policy. We recommend for orders to be placed at least 2 weeks in advance to your pick-up date. Last-minute orders subject to availability. Orders placed under 7 days are subject to a 30% rush fee.
-Before placing your order, please inform us of any allergies in your party.
- Changes and cancellations to any orders are accepted until 72 hours (3 days) prior to scheduled pick-up time.
- All products are the responsibility of the costumer once it leaves our shop. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake upon pick up. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly.
-If you give us a rough idea of the color/theme/style then we will design a beautiful cake just for you. Please note, we do not like to copy other bakers’ designs and we do work best with creative freedom. We are happy to discuss with you throughout the design process, so please give us a clear understanding of what you'd like, so we can bring your vision to life!
